Privacy Policy
Last updated: 21 October 2026. How MtswGenix collects, uses and protects your information.
Who we are
This website is operated by MtswGenix (“we”, “us”), a software development company based in Pakistan. For any privacy question, email support@mtswgenix.com.
Information we collect
- Information you send us. When you use the quote request form, we receive your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone or WhatsApp number, organization, budget range and project description.
- Messages. If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to deliver and protect the site.
How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or proposal.
- To deliver and support any project we agree to work on together.
- To protect the website and form from spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Spam protection
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that submissions come from real people. Turnstile may process information about your browser and device for this purpose. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run this website and handle form submissions, including Cloudflare (hosting and security) and an email delivery service that forwards form submissions to us. They process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any support period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@mtswgenix.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
